Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- All items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact for returns to be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at terrapinstationofmurray@gmail.com or call us at 270-753-8926. We will resolve the issue by offering an exchange or a refund based on the condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as opened herbal products, tobacco, and vape cartridges, cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.
