International Shipping:

Return & Refund Policy
At Terrapin Station, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- All items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact for returns to be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as opened herbal products, tobacco, and vape cartridges, cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
